In August 2023, the Municipal DIF System of Atizapán de Zaragoza organized the “Forum for Early Childhood in Atizapán de Zaragoza.” This event brought together various governmental organizations and civil society committed to the well-being of children in the region.
Among the prominent experts present,
Dr. Mónica Ancira delivered a keynote lecture on the crucial importance of healthy nutrition during pregnancy, as well as effective strategies for improving the nutritional health of children under five. Her presentation covered fundamental topics related to maternal nutrition, the impact of prenatal nutrition on child development, and healthy eating practices for young children.
